Quick Reference Card

Attribute

Blend identity

Research reference
The blend pairs SLU-PP-332, a preclinical ERR agonist, with orforglipron, the non-peptide oral GLP-1 receptor agonist in Foundayo [1][2][3][4].

Attribute

Orforglipron status

Research reference
Foundayo was FDA-approved in 2026 for chronic weight management in adults with obesity or overweight plus a weight-related comorbidity, with diet and physical activity [4].

Attribute

SLU-PP-332 status

Research reference
SLU-PP-332 evidence remains cell and animal research; no human dose, pharmacokinetic or safety study was identified in the reviewed component guide [1][2][3].

No established combination dose

No fixed-ratio dose, clinical protocol, or approved route was identified for this stack.

Public pages list the stack concept but do not provide a validated composition, frequency, or course length.

Full Dosing Reference SourcesClinical research, registered studies and online dosing sources, with their context and limitations.

The guide can compare component evidence in the expanded table, but the quick summary should not substitute single-component dosing for a stack dose.

FDA-approved Foundayo label

0.8 mg once daily, then 2.5 mg, then 5.5 mg; optional increases to 9 mg, 14.5 mg or 17.2 mg once daily after at least 30 days at the current level; maximum 17.2 mg/day [4].

Evidence limits
Label for Foundayo orforglipron weight management. It is not a blend label with SLU-PP-332.

Foundayo label safety context

Once-daily oral tablet, swallowed whole; do not take more than one tablet/day. Concomitant use with another GLP-1 receptor agonist is not recommended [4].

Evidence limits
Product-specific prescription label. Does not address SLU-PP-332 combination use.

ATTAIN-1 obesity trial

6 mg, 12 mg or 36 mg once daily for 72 weeks, investigational dose terminology [5].

Evidence limits
Human orforglipron trial evidence; dose names differ from marketed Foundayo strengths.

ATTAIN-2 obesity with type 2 diabetes

Phase 3 orforglipron trial in people with obesity and type 2 diabetes [6].

Evidence limits
Orforglipron evidence; no SLU-PP-332 coadministration.

ACHIEVE-1 / ACHIEVE-3 diabetes trials

ACHIEVE-1 used 3 mg, 12 mg and 36 mg; ACHIEVE-3 compared 12 mg or 36 mg orforglipron with oral semaglutide [7][8].

Evidence limits
Diabetes-development evidence, not fixed-blend evidence.

SLU-PP-332 mouse studies

Mouse experiments used intraperitoneal SLU-PP-332, including 30 mg/kg PK sampling and 50 mg/kg repeated dosing [1][2].

Evidence limits
Preclinical animal route; not oral human orforglipron-stack evidence.

Research Dosing orforglipron page

Public page uses a 6 mg pill-splitting ladder up to 36 mg/day over 24-36 weeks [10].

Evidence limits
Public protocol page using historical trial-style strengths; not current Foundayo label instructions and not a blend protocol.

Research Dosing peptide overview

Lists SLU-PP-332 + Orforglipron as oral and describes weight-loss/cardiometabolic claims [9].

Evidence limits
Public stack claim without accessible fixed-ratio dose table.

Research Dosing product list

Lists SLU-PP-332 + Orforglipron as an oral entry in the dosing catalog [11].

Evidence limits
Confirms public stack listing only; no validated composition or schedule.

18 SLU-PP-332 + orforglipron sources were included. Orforglipron has an approved standalone label, but SLU remains preclinical and no fixed-ratio combination dose was found.

Applicable product labels and human studies carry the most weight. A registry entry does not establish study results. Animal studies, public guides and forums add context; they do not establish a safe human dose limit.

Orforglipron clinical evidence and SLU-PP-332 preclinical research do not establish the effects of their combination.

The graphic separates Foundayo/orforglipron label and human trial evidence from SLU-PP-332 preclinical research; no fixed-combination trial was found, and current marketed label strengths differ from older 6/12/36 mg trial-dose ladders [1][2][3][4][5][9][10].

What this blend is

SLU-PP-332 + Orforglipron is a mixed-evidence stack concept. Orforglipron has an FDA-approved oral prescription product, Foundayo, with a specific label, dose ladder, contraindications and warnings [4]. SLU-PP-332 remains a preclinical small molecule commonly sold through research-compound pages [1][2][3].

Combining those names does not create a studied medicine. No fixed-combination trial, label, pharmacokinetic study or safety study for SLU-PP-332 plus orforglipron was identified.

Ingredient evidence stays separate

Orforglipron activates the GLP-1 receptor and has human weight-management and diabetes trial evidence [4][5][6][7][8]. Foundayo’s label includes a thyroid C-cell tumor boxed warning, contraindications for personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2, and warnings including pancreatitis, severe gastrointestinal reactions, kidney injury from volume depletion, hypoglycemia with insulin or secretagogues, gallbladder disease, retinopathy complications and aspiration risk [4].

SLU-PP-332 targets estrogen-related receptors in preclinical work and was studied in mice by intraperitoneal injection [1][2][3]. That route and species are far from an oral consumer stack. SLU-PP-332 cannot borrow orforglipron’s human trial evidence, and orforglipron cannot make SLU-PP-332 clinically validated.

Dose-number conflicts

The orforglipron component alone already has two dose-number systems: historical trial doses such as 6 mg, 12 mg and 36 mg, and the Foundayo label strengths of 0.8 mg, 2.5 mg, 5.5 mg, 9 mg, 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg [4][5]. Public pages may still use older 6-36 mg ladders [10].

Adding SLU-PP-332 makes the table harder, not easier. A stack entry must identify whether the orforglipron is approved Foundayo, an investigational-style product, or a research-market capsule, and it must separately identify the SLU-PP-332 amount and route.

What Doserly helps track

Doserly records can keep the two evidence categories separate: orforglipron product/strength and GLP-1 symptoms in one lane, SLU-PP-332 amount/source in another. Useful fields include product name, label strength, dose date, missed doses, GI symptoms, hydration issues, glucose-lowering drugs, heart rate, weight, waist, training context, SLU source, and the source row for the amount.

Academy discussion can compare the Foundayo label, ATTAIN/ACHIEVE trials, SLU-PP-332 mouse studies and public stack pages without implying a fixed-combination consensus.

FAQ

Has SLU-PP-332 + Orforglipron been studied as a fixed blend?

No fixed-combination primary study was identified. The guide separates component evidence and public stack claims.

Is orforglipron a peptide?

No. Orforglipron is a non-peptide oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist [4].

Does Foundayo’s label validate the blend?

No. The label validates Foundayo under its labeled indication and dosing framework, not a combination with SLU-PP-332 [4].

Why do public orforglipron pages still mention 36 mg?

The 36 mg number appears in investigational trial terminology. The approved Foundayo label uses different marketed strengths [4][5][10].
